Vendor Sign Up

  • 2 Vendor Passes Per Booth Only. No Exceptions.
  • Vendors are not allowed to solicit Immortal Seats talent for free autographs or photo ops unless approved by Immortal Seats.
  • Vendors Must adhere to behavior policies of Tampa Convention Center and Immortal Seats Sports & Entertainment show.
  • No outside food, beverage, alcohol or weapons allowed inside the Tampa Convention Center.
  • If your business has a unique diplay where a convenational booth setup will not work. Immortal Seats will work with you to customize your setup. Contact us first before purchasing a vendor spot to go over your potentiol setup
  • WIFI and Power is Extra and is NOT included in vendor booth cost. If you need either or a form will be provided to purchase at additional cost.
  • Trash cans will be shared between booth. No booth is guaranteed a trash can
